As a band of Patissiers and Alpinists inspired by our moments of connection with nature, we made Good-for-You Dessert Bars to accompany us on all our adventures! Full of wholefoods like nuts, dates, and orchard fruit, these cake bars have two purposes: they provide long-lasting energy and that little bit of extra indulgence we all need to get us through the day - especially when you warm them up! (in your oven at home, at the office, or even on a campfire!)

We all grew up with our favourite chocolate bar! Here, at RHYTHM108, we recreated our all time favourites in a way that aligns with our values today. These chocolate bars have a creamy oat filling, and are dipped in a delicious Swiss Chocolate that takes 3 days to make.
OOH LA LA TEA BISCUITS
Made with wholegrain oat flour, nuts, coconut flower sugar, and pure coconut oil (no palm oil or margarine), this simple biscuit is full of flavour and has the perfect ‘buttery’ crunch.
