DANIEL ARAUJO, MAÎTRE CHOCOLATIER

Daniel holds the Brevet de Maîtrise, the highest qualification for a chocolate craftsman, earned after seven years of training in Switzerland.

Daniel uses his expertise to innovate, creating chocolate that is more sustainable and ethical, without ever compromising on flavour.

Daniel was the first person to join Rhythm 108, meeting Siddhi in a shared kitchen and helping bring her vision to life.
Today, over 13 years later, he remains the master behind our creations, still innovating, refining, and perfecting every recipe.

MARCEL FOURNIER, MAÎTRE PÂTISSIER

As a young teenager, Marcel rose as 3 a.m. every morning to bake at his father's patisserie.

After years of perfecting the craft, he trained in Michelin starred pastry kitchens.

Marcel is the person who keeps the bakery running smoothly. He’s at the heart of the team, on the bakery floor every day.

From the way a dough is mixed to the moment a biscuit leaves the oven, Marcel makes sure every biscuit and cookie you receive delivers the perfect flavours and textures you love!
