A SEED IS PLANTED
I moved to Switzerland in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the slower pace of life and the deep commitment to quality.
There was a personal connection with food. People trusted the specialists, bakers for bread, chocolatiers for chocolate.
It was a culture built on simply doing things better. Coming from busy city life, where convenience had taken over, it was a refreshing change.
SHAPED BY SWISS CRAFT
Along the way, I met Maître Chocolatier Daniel and Pâtissier Marcel. Daniel holds the highest qualifications in chocolate making, while Marcel has worked in bakeries since childhood.
We joined forces, combining time-honoured Swiss skills with a new way of thinking, using craftsmanship to create indulgent treats that are modern, ethical, and sustainable, all rooted in real quality ingredients.

We believe more people should have access to true Swiss craftsmanship, wherever they live, not just for the product itself, but for the joy it brings.
And we believe that craftsmanship should reflect the needs of our generation, made with quality, sustainability, and ethics at its heart.
Today, our bakery in the foothills of the Swiss Alps crafts treats enjoyed by people around the world, we finally made our vision a reality.
