Rhythm 108 Chocolate Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Filled Cookies

Instructions

Slightly melt your vegan marshmallows in the microwave for 10 seconds
Take a Rhythm 108 cookie and pile your marshmallows on top
Sandwich the marshmallows with a second cookie
Dip in chocolate and chopped nuts if you wish to make this treat even more decadent!
Take a blow torch to the edges of the cookies to slightly toast the marshmallow
Pull them apart and enjoy!
