Every morning, our team of Chocolatiers and Pâtissiers prepare deliciously Swiss treats just for you.  Having worked for years in traditional pastry and chocolate, they have joined a wave of people carrying the art into the modern world.  They use their experience to replace flour, butter, eggs, palm oil, and anything artificial with hearty nuts, oats, and the finest cocoa. And with their know-how, they create indulgence without compromise.
