Inspired by timeless artisan traditions, we adapt these techniques to create vegan, gluten-free, and organic delights that invite everyone to savour la petite pause.
We carefully control each stage of the journey from cacao bean to truffle. Our Master Chocolatiers carefully control 14 parameters to unveil the delicate notes of each cacao bean, crafting a crystallisation that allows the shell to crack, and the centre to be luxuriously creamy.

Time
It takes three days of meticulously controlled processes to transform fermented cacao beans to a chocolate truffle.
Slowly made to ensure that every ingredient is utilised to its fullest, resulting in an exquisite taste and texture.

Tradition
We use traditional techniques developed by Swiss Chocolatiers. Roasting, conching and tempering are masterfully catered to each individual cacao bean.

Transparency means being able to pronounce every ingredient.
It means making no compromise on quality, knowing the source of each ingredient and their impact on the planet and people.
