- Vegan Marshmallows
- Rhythm 108 Chocolate Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Filled Cookies
Instructions
- Slightly melt your vegan marshmallows in the microwave for 10 seconds
- Take a Rhythm 108 cookie and pile your marshmallows on top
- Sandwich the marshmallows with a second cookie
- Dip in chocolate and chopped nuts if you wish to make this treat even more decadent!
- Take a blow torch to the edges of the cookies to slightly toast the marshmallow
- Pull them apart and enjoy!
