Each truffle is encased in rich dark chocolate, and filled with a silky vegan cocoa cream centre flavoured with cocoa, and hints of vanilla bean and caramel.
Our master chocolatiers carefully control 14 parameters of the process from cacao bean to truffle, in order to unveil the delicate notes of each cacao bean.
Our 70% chocolate truffles are made with the finest cocoa sourced from Farming cooperatives in Ecuador.
