We're a team of expert chocolatiers and pâtissiers, and every day we strive to make the best product.  But on the (rare) occasion that we miss something - we'd love to hear from you! Email us at hello@rhythm108.com and we'll do our best to make sure we get it all solved!
Refunds and returns
If you've received damaged product, something's not right, or you've simply changed your mind - our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you've simply changed your mind, we can only accept returns and refunds if the product has been unopened. Shipping costs will have to be borne by you and we would be unable to refund the original shipping cost.
